During the summer season, we may offer limited-time promotions, seasonal bundles, or special pricing. These offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Summer promotional prices are valid only for the duration specified and cannot be applied retroactively. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

6. Orders & Fulfilment We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or for commercial quantities. Please note that during peak summer periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Shipping Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. During summer months, carrier delays and heat-related transit conditions may impact delivery. DigestWell Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

For heat-sensitive products, we strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping during summer months to minimise transit time and temperature exposure.

8. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. During summer 2026, our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. Items that arrive damaged due to heat during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

9. Intellectual Property All content on digestwellco.store — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics — is the property of DigestWell Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
